Return & Refund Policy – RUH Perfume

At RUH Perfume, we aim to provide premium-quality fragrances and the best shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

What Can Be Returned?

Return or replacement requests are accepted only if:

You received a damaged or leaked product

You received a wrong product

The package was empty or tampered at the time of delivery

Important:

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or refund requests.

Without an unboxing video, no complaint will be entertained.

What Cannot Be Returned?

Opened or used perfumes

Products with broken or removed seals

Damage caused due to customer handling

Products purchased during sale, offers, or discounts

Requests raised after the allowed time limit

Return Conditions

The product must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging, labels, and box must be intact

Replacement is subject to product availability

Refund Policy

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side

Time Limit for Complaints

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if not shipped

Promotional or discounted orders cannot be cancelled

RUH Perfume reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability
